A season of renewal for the congregation which I serve and also myself. Sometimes referred to as a sabbath leave, this wonderful initiative is for both the pastor and congregation to take a break, recharge and focus on spiritual growth and renewal. This type of seperation can allow for new perspectives, refreshed leadership and a strong sense of community upon renuion.
